What types of contacts are included?+
WorldWineBuyers includes 37,000+ wine importers, distributors, wholesalers and buyers — all active in the wine trade across 200+ countries. Each contact includes company name, contact person, position, email and phone number where available. The database is updated daily.
What AI features are included?+
World Premium subscribers get access to two AI tools: Market Intelligence generates 6-page country reports on wine import trends in real time, and AI Prospect creates a full company intelligence sheet for any contact before you reach out — so you always walk into a conversation prepared.
What is the Follow Up pipeline?+
The Follow Up pipeline lets you track every prospect through your sales cycle — add notes, set reminders, and manage your contacts without switching tools. It's built directly into the platform and available on all plans.
Can I export the data?+
No. For data protection reasons, the database is accessible online only — no CSV or Excel export is available. You can view and use contact details directly from your browser or smartphone, on any device.
What is the difference between plans?+
The Regional plan gives access to 1 geographic zone of your choice (from €39/mo). The World plan unlocks all zones worldwide (from €69/mo). World Premium adds AI tools — Market Intelligence reports and AI Prospect — plus up to 5 simultaneous users (from €99/mo). All plans include the Follow Up pipeline and email templates.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account area. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
How does billing work?+
Billing is fully automatic — a PDF invoice is generated and sent to you each month (or once per year for annual plans). VAT is applied according to your country of registration.
